Welcome to Fello.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fello mobile application, website, and related services operated by HEY FELLO LLC, a limited liability company organized in Utah, United States ("Fello," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing, or using Fello, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not create an account or use Fello.

1. About Fello
Fello is a private, friendship-based social networking service designed to help people stay connected with friends and family.
Fello allows users to:
Create personal profiles.
Establish mutual friendships.
Share photos and captions.
Publish text-only posts called Thoughts.
Comment on posts and participate in conversations.
Like supported posts and comments.
Exchange direct messages.
Privately share posts with friends.
Receive activity notifications.
Invite others to Fello.
Report or block accounts and content.
Fello is designed around a chronological social feed.
We do not use third-party advertising or an algorithmic recommendation feed to determine which friends' posts you see.
Certain features may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued as the service evolves.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use Fello.
If the laws in your location require a higher minimum age or parental consent, you may use Fello only when those requirements are satisfied.
By creating an account, you represent that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
You may not use Fello if:
You are prohibited from using the service under applicable law.
Your account has been permanently terminated for violating these Terms.
You attempt to circumvent a suspension or other restriction imposed by Fello.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet our eligibility requirements.
3. Your Fello Account
To use Fello, you must create an account using one of our supported authentication methods.
These may include:
Email and password.
Sign in with Apple.
Google Sign-In.
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and maintaining the security of your devices.
You agree not to:
Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
Access another person's account without permission.
Impersonate another person or organization.
Attempt to bypass account security.
Create accounts for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Usernames and Profiles
Fello allows users to select usernames and display names.
Usernames must be unique.
We reserve the right to reject, change, reclaim, or remove usernames when reasonably necessary to address impersonation, intellectual-property concerns, fraud, safety issues, or violations of these Terms.
Creating an account does not grant ownership of a particular username.
4. Fello Membership and Subscriptions
Fello operates as a paid subscription service.
An active Fello Membership may be required to access the application's core social networking features.
Subscription Price
Fello Membership is currently offered in the United States for:
$0.99 per month.
Pricing in other supported countries or regions may vary and will be displayed by Apple before purchase.
Fello Membership is an automatically renewing subscription.
7-Day Free Trial
Eligible users may receive a 7-day introductory free trial.
Free-trial eligibility is determined through Apple's subscription system.
Introductory offers may be limited to one per subscription group or otherwise restricted by Apple's eligibility rules.
If you begin an eligible free trial:
You receive access to Fello Membership during the trial.
You will not be charged the subscription price during the stated trial period.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription.
After conversion, your subscription renews automatically until canceled.
The price and terms presented in Apple's purchase confirmation screen govern your subscription purchase.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
Apple processes subscription charges using the payment method associated with your Apple Account.
Applicable taxes may be added according to Apple's billing policies and local law.
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel Fello Membership at any time through your Apple Account.
On an iPhone, you can generally manage subscriptions by navigating to:
Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Fello
You may also access subscription management through Fello's Settings where available.
To avoid an upcoming renewal charge, cancel before the applicable renewal deadline. Apple generally recommends canceling at least 24 hours before a free trial or subscription renews.
Canceling a paid subscription generally allows access until the end of the current paid billing period, subject to Apple's subscription rules.
Free-trial access may end according to Apple's applicable trial terms.
Account Deletion Does Not Cancel Billing
Deleting your Fello account or uninstalling the application does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription.
You must cancel your subscription separately through Apple.
Restoring Purchases
Fello provides a Restore Purchases feature for eligible subscriptions.
Restoring purchases may associate an existing Apple subscription with the Fello account currently signed in, subject to Apple's purchase records and Fello's subscription management provider.
In some circumstances, restoring a purchase may transfer subscription access between Fello accounts.
Payments and Refunds
Subscription payments are processed by Apple.
Fello does not receive or store your full payment-card information.
Refund requests and billing disputes for App Store subscriptions are generally handled through Apple, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or available membership features, subject to applicable laws and Apple's requirements regarding notice and consent.
5. Your Content
Fello allows users to create, upload, publish, and exchange content.
"User Content" includes, without limitation:
Profile information.
Profile photographs.
Photo posts.
Thoughts.
Captions.
Comments and replies.
Direct messages.
Shared posts.
Reports.
Other material submitted through Fello.
Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create and submit to Fello.
Fello does not claim ownership of your original photographs, written posts, or messages.
License to Operate Fello
By submitting User Content, you grant HEY FELLO LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, format, and display your content as reasonably necessary to:
Operate and provide Fello.
Display your content to users authorized to access it.
Deliver messages and notifications.
Maintain and secure the service.
Investigate reports or abuse.
Enforce these Terms.
Comply with applicable legal obligations.
This license is limited to operating and protecting Fello and providing its features.
It does not grant Fello the right to sell your content to advertisers.
The license generally ends when your content is deleted from active systems, except where continued processing is reasonably necessary for retained conversation history, security records, moderation evidence, backups, legal compliance, or other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Your Responsibilities
You represent that:
You own your submitted content or have permission to share it.
Your content does not violate another person's rights.
Your content complies with applicable laws.
Your content complies with these Terms.
You are responsible for the content you submit and your interactions with other users.
6. Privacy and Content Visibility
Fello is designed around mutual friendships.
Photos and Thoughts are generally shared with your accepted Fello friends, subject to blocking, moderation, and account-status restrictions.
Fello does not provide a public feed of users' posts.
However, certain profile information may be accessible to other Fello users for friend discovery and related social features.
Profile photographs currently use publicly addressable media URLs. Someone who obtains the exact URL may be able to retrieve the image even without being an accepted friend.
Direct Messages
Direct messages are accessible to authorized conversation participants through Fello's normal application controls.
Fello messages are not end-to-end encrypted.
Although direct messages are intended for conversation participants, necessary technical personnel and service providers may process stored information when reasonably required to operate or secure the service, respond to legal obligations, or investigate abuse.
Moderation Access
Authorized Fello administrators may access information relevant to reports and moderation investigations.
This may include reported Photos, Thoughts, comments, profile information, related post context, and specific private media associated with a report.
Fello's routine moderation dashboard does not ordinarily display private direct-message bodies.

7. Acceptable Use
Fello is intended to help people maintain genuine connections.
You agree to use the service respectfully and lawfully.
You may not use Fello to:
Threaten, harass, bully, stalk, or intimidate another person.
Promote, encourage, or coordinate violence.
Exploit, abuse, or endanger children.
Distribute child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors.
Share non-consensual intimate images or content.
Publish unlawful pornographic or sexually exploitative material.
Impersonate another person or organization.
Commit fraud, phishing, scams, or identity theft.
Infringe another person's intellectual-property rights.
Publish another person's private information without authorization.
Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or malicious content.
Distribute malware or attempt to compromise Fello's security.
Interfere with other users' access to the service.
Circumvent blocking, reporting, suspension, or subscription controls.
Access another user's private content without authorization.
Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect user information without permission.
Use automated systems to abuse or disrupt Fello.
Engage in unlawful activities.
Encourage or assist others in violating these Terms.
You must also comply with any Community Guidelines that Fello publishes and makes available to users.
Fello may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.
8. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
Fello provides reporting and blocking tools intended to help users maintain a safe experience.
You may report accounts, posts, comments, or other supported content that you believe violates our rules.
Reports should be submitted honestly and in good faith.
Knowingly submitting false or abusive reports may violate these Terms.
Moderation Actions
When reviewing reports or suspected violations, Fello may:
Investigate reported activity.
Review relevant account or content information.
Remove or restrict content.
Restrict certain account features.
Suspend an account.
Restore a previously suspended account.
Permanently terminate an account.
Preserve relevant evidence.
Refer serious matters to appropriate authorities when legally required or reasonably necessary.
Fello may consider the severity of the issue, available evidence, account history, context, user safety, and applicable law.
We are not obligated to take a particular moderation action in response to every report.
Administrator Security
Moderation actions are restricted to authorized administrators.
Sensitive actions, including content removal and account suspension, require additional authentication and are recorded in moderation audit systems.
Blocking
Blocking another user restricts certain interactions and access according to Fello's existing blocking functionality.
Blocking does not necessarily erase prior interactions, messages, reports, or information retained for legitimate operational purposes.
9. Direct Messages and Communications
Fello allows users to exchange direct messages and share supported posts through private conversations.
You agree not to use Fello messaging to:
Harass or threaten others.
Send unwanted spam.
Distribute malicious links.
Commit fraud.
Share unlawful content.
Circumvent another user's boundaries or account restrictions.
Direct messages are not end-to-end encrypted.
Users should avoid sending highly sensitive personal information, financial credentials, passwords, or legally privileged communications through Fello.
Messages After Account Deletion
When a Fello account is deleted, prior messages may remain visible in the other participant's conversation.
The deleted account's identity will generally appear as Deleted account.
This allows the remaining participant to retain their conversation history.
Other retained information is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Fello when reasonably necessary to:
Enforce these Terms.
Protect other users.
Address harmful or unlawful behavior.
Respond to abuse or security threats.
Comply with legal requirements.
Protect the integrity of the service.
Address the absence of a required membership entitlement.
Depending on the circumstances, restrictions may be temporary or permanent.
Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.
Suspension or termination does not automatically cancel any subscription purchased through Apple.
You remain responsible for canceling your subscription through Apple if you no longer wish to be charged.
11. Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your Fello account through the application.
Navigate to:
Profile → Settings → Delete Account
Account deletion is intended to remove your authentication access and unnecessary account-associated information.
This generally includes:
Identifiable profile information.
Photos and Thoughts.
Uploaded post media.
Your comments and supported interactions.
Likes associated with your account.
Friendships and friend requests.
Blocks.
Invitations.
Push notification information.
Account-specific feed and messaging state.
Fello's deletion process is designed to avoid unnecessarily removing content independently created by other users.
Information That May Remain
Certain information may remain after account deletion, including:
Messages retained in another participant's conversation.
A minimal Deleted account reference.
Necessary moderation and safety records.
Security or abuse-prevention records.
Records required for legal compliance.
Purchase and subscription information retained by Apple or RevenueCat.
Temporary backups pending expiration.
Local information on other devices that have not yet processed the deletion.
Uploaded media associated with your account may be removed through an asynchronous cleanup process.
Some cleanup operations may require additional processing time if temporary technical failures occur.

Deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription.
12. Intellectual Property
The Fello application, software, branding, trademarks, logos, design, interfaces, and related materials are owned by HEY FELLO LLC or its licensors, excluding User Content owned by users.
These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Fello for its intended purpose.
You may not, except as permitted by applicable law or with our written authorization:
Copy or redistribute Fello's software.
Sell or sublicense access to Fello.
Reproduce Fello's branding without permission.
Attempt to circumvent technical restrictions.
Reverse engineer or interfere with the application.
Create unauthorized derivative works from proprietary Fello materials.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Fello's software or intellectual property.
13. Third-Party Services
Fello relies on third-party services to provide authentication, hosting, storage, notifications, subscription management, and operational support.
These providers may include:
Apple.
Google.
Supabase.
RevenueCat.
Expo.
Postmark.
Sentry.
Framer.
Vercel.
Your use of certain features may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of these providers.
Fello is not responsible for independent third-party services or outages beyond our reasonable control, except as required by applicable law.

14. Apple App Store Terms
If you download or use Fello through Apple's App Store, the following additional provisions apply:
These Terms are between you and HEY FELLO LLC, not Apple.
HEY FELLO LLC is responsible for the Fello application and its content, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Fello.
Apple has no warranty obligations relating to Fello beyond those imposed by applicable law.
Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to Fello, including product liability, regulatory compliance, consumer protection, or intellectual-property claims, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
You agree to comply with applicable Apple Media Services Terms and App Store usage rules.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the provisions applicable to them.

15. Service Availability
We work to keep Fello available and functioning reliably.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Fello may occasionally experience:
Scheduled maintenance.
Technical problems.
Network interruptions.
Third-party service outages.
Security-related restrictions.
Application updates.
Temporary feature unavailability.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fello is provided "as is" and "as available."
HEY FELLO LLC makes no guarantee that:
Fello will always be available.
The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
All content will remain available indefinitely.
Every user will comply with these Terms.
All harmful or inappropriate content will be prevented.
Every report will result in a particular moderation action.
To the extent permitted by law, HEY FELLO LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HEY FELLO LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Fello.
This includes, where legally permitted, losses involving:
Profits.
Revenue.
Business opportunities.
Data.
Goodwill.
Service interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HEY FELLO LLC's total liability for claims arising from or relating to Fello will not exceed the greater of:
(a) The amount you paid to Fello during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
(b) US $100.
These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HEY FELLO LLC and its members, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:
Your unlawful use of Fello.
User Content you submit in violation of another person's rights.
Your material violation of these Terms.
Fraudulent or abusive activity conducted through your account.
This provision applies only to the extent permitted by law.
It does not require indemnification where prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable consumer laws require otherwise.
If you have a dispute concerning Fello, we encourage you to contact us first at:
We will attempt to resolve concerns informally and in good faith.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Utah.
Each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts, subject to applicable legal protections.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Fello evolves, our services change, or applicable legal requirements change.
When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the beginning of these Terms.
If a change materially affects users' rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.
Your continued use of Fello after updated Terms take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may discontinue using Fello and delete your account.
